What Shipping Methods Are Available?

If you choose standard shipping, your order is first shipped from Switzerland, after which the parcel/package will be handed over to your local postal service for the final part of delivery.

You will see when the package departed Switzerland and once your package is handed over to your local package service, your tracking link will update.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Our orders are usually shipped within 4-5 business days after the order is confirmed, with standard postal delivery. Based on the carrier and pick-up times, delivery times may vary.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Shipping is sent internationally vial local postal services where delivery costs and charges will vary depending on your delivery location and calculated upon checkout of the ordered items.

Credit and debit cards are never charged until the order is shipped. To make sure you are you, the name and address must match that of the credit card used for payment. It’s within our rights to cancel any order that does not match these criteria.

To make sure everything will be delivered to the right address, please check if all the information in your PayPal  & Apple/Samsung Pay account is correct.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

We only accept Credit cards which is generally the safest way to pay for your items online. We are not giving options like direct wire transfer or bank transfers, as this can take longer for payments to go through and is less secure.

How do I place an Order?

If you placed an order after creating or signing in to your account, you can find the status in My Account: Navigate to ‘My Orders‘ in the My Account menu; Click on ‘View

Do I need an account to place an order?

You have an option to create an account for tracking your orders and easy checkout, but you can also place orders without creating an account and by simply giving your details, which will be used for sending and payment during the checkout process, but will not be stored in our database for future shopping with us.

 

We recommend creating an account with us, but this is not compulsory.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

We try to ship your order as fast as we can. Therefor our window to cancel is quite small. contact us as soon as you can (within 15 min after placing the order would be best) so our customer service can support you faster.

And don’t worry should your order not be able to be cancelled, as you can always decline the parcel upon arrival and it will be shipped back to us.

How Do I Track My Order?

Anything order-related can always be found on your account. If the order has been shipped already, you can trace your parcel with a tracking number.

This tracking number can also be found in your confirmation email. It becomes active within 24-48 hours after you’ve received the email.

If you didn’t get a confirmation email, it could’ve ended up in your spam inbox. If that’s not the case please contact us, so our customer service can take it from there.

How Can I Return a Product?

You can return an order (or part of the order) . Simply place the items in the original box if possible and send back to our address. You can leave the parcel at a post office close to you.

Most parcels (standard delivery) can be dropped off at your nearest postal office.

To ensure the parcel safely reaches us, we recommend that if offered, ask for a proof of postage. Please remember responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us. You will receive an email notification once we have processed your return shipment. You will receive the refund in the same payment method used for the purchase within 10-14 days, depending on your payment method.
